Message	:How much material is safe to remove without risk? it's a process that removes microns (ie, measurable, but barely) of material. when you send it off for extrude hone, the most they will remove will be 1/16 of an inch at worst. everything will end up a highly polished finished. the more passes they make with the 'clay', the more the process costs... making the greddy or pentroof exhaust manifolds look pretty damn good.
